To download the raw data behind the Satisfaction Survey go to Insights > eNPS & Satisfaction > Satisfaction Surveys.
This will give you data about your satisfaction survey. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom you'll see a blue 'Download Raw Data' button. Select that and it will export your results to a spreadsheet.
Please Note: Only users with Data Access may download such data. If you do not see the 'Download Raw Data' button please double check you have this access box checked under your user settings. ALSO, the responses are STILL anonymous with this report.
