The satisfaction survey will show for employees to take every 90 days from the last time the employee took the survey. This is typically every three months from their hire date or once a quarter.

Motivosity by default has 6 standard questions that can be answered through this survey.

All surveys are kept anonymous.

Once you are finished taking the survey, you can submit it by selecting 'Submit'.

If you don't have time at the moment to take the survey, you can select the 'Snooze' button and the survey will show up in your 'Action Items' on the Home Feed.
