Transferring Your Motivosity Spending Balance to Venmo or PayPal
You now have the ability to transfer your spending balance in Motivosity to either a Venmo or PayPal account. This article will help walk you through how to transfer your balance to Venmo or PayPal as well as guide you on some frequently asked questions with each platform.
How to Transfer Your Balance
Transferring your balance from Motivosity to Venmo or PayPal is a simple process. Follow the steps below to complete the transfer:
Transferring your balance to Venmo:
Please Note: Before you get started, please know there is an additional $0.25 fee when transferring your Motivosity Bucks to Venmo which will be taken out of the amount that is transferred. (Example: if you transfer $10.00 then the amount that will be transferred will be $9.75)
From the Motivosity Store, scroll to the e-Gift section and select the "Venmo" card. You can either find and select it, or use the search tool on this page.
Once you have selected the "Venmo" card, you then will fill out the needed information to make the transfer:
The email address associated with the Venmo account you wish to transfer your Motivosity Bucks to. (Please note, you cannot make changes to your email after placing your order.)
The amount you would like to transfer.
Once you have the needed information filled in, go ahead and select "Buy Now".
You will then receive an email from Venmo letting you know the transfer has taken place and you should see the indicated balance transferred to your Venmo account.
