If you are signing into Motivosity for the first time or have been a user for a while now, we'll help you get logged into Motivosity in no time.
If you already have a password and know it, you can sign in using that password.
If you have forgotten your password, or need to set one of for the first time, you can sign in using a One-Time Code.
Please Note: If you were redirected to another page during sign in, your company may be using a Single-Sign-On (SSO) integration. For help with SSO sign-in, click here.
Signing in with a Password
1. Go to app.motivosity.com.
2. Enter your username (most commonly your work email).
Many companies provide the option of signing in with a phone number or payroll ID. Review the phone number section below for additional details on signing in with a phone number.
3. Select "Next".
4. Enter your password.
5. Select Sign In and be redirected to the Home page of Motivosity!
Please Note: Users who log in through the Motivosity login screen may be asked to enter a six digit confirmation code. This code is sent by email, push notification, or SMS text message if you have downloaded our app or registered a phone number with us. If a new code is needed, please select "Send New Code". SSO users are not required to enter confirmation codes through Motivosity unless they have Admin permissions.
Using the Motivosity mobile app is the best way to get your confirmation code. You can confirm your login attempt through a mobile notification with one click, and your browser will automatically log in.

Signing In with a One-Time Code
1. Go to app.motivosity.com.
2. Enter your username (most commonly Work Email) and select "Next".
3. Click "Request a one-time code"
4. Go check your email and text messages. You should have gotten an email or text from us containing a 6-Digit Code. Once you have that code, come back here and type it in.
Note: Sometimes if you try to Copy/Paste that code from the email, it can cause issues and be mis-read as "Invalid." For the best and most consistent results, remember those 6 digits, or write them down to type them in.

Signing In with a Phone Number
Many users now have the option of logging in with a phone number or Payroll ID as a username. This is done from the same sign in page.
To use a phone number, you must enter the phone number as it is in the user profile. This may or may not include a country code prefix. The login processing does ignore the special characters, so it doesn't matter if dashes or parentheses are included or excluded.
Examples:
If the phone number in your profile is +1 (800) 555 - 1234, you will be able to login with 18005551234 or 1-800-555-1234 but it would not work to leave out the country code with just 800-555-1234.
If the phone number in the profile is 888-123-4567, you will not be able to login without 18881234567.
