For what purposes might you receive SMS messages?

First and foremost, Motivosity may use SMS for login verification or to receive one-time access codes. Beyond that, some companies also use Motivosity's communication products to push out announcement messages from company leaders or administrators.


Can you unsubscribe from SMS notifications?

Yes. Simply respond "Stop" to any text message you receive to unsubscribe from future SMS.


How do you resubscribe to SMS notifications?

If you accidentally unsubscribed or change your mind after doing so, you can resubscribe to Motivosity's SMS notifications by texting "unstop" to Motivosity's phone number +1 833 923-1135. If the phone number is correctly registered to your user profile, it should opt you back in to SMS.

This is especially important if you use phone for a 2 factor authentication. If you do not receive a code, you may need to opt back in to SMS using this method.
