Understanding the eNPS Trends Dashboard

Your eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters on the designated eNPS question. This is either calculated through the MV6 Satisfaction Survey or your own custom satisfaction survey you've created.

Please Note: A detractor is anyone who answers with a 1-6 on the eNPS question in your survey. A promoter is anyone who answers with a 9-10.

The eNPS Trends dashboard will show your company's trending eNPS score over the trailing 6 months.
