Frequency: Yearly at 2am UTC.
Sent yearly on your work anniversary (Hire Date).
Birthday
Frequency: Yearly at 2am UTC.
Sent yearly on your birth date.
Cardholder Enrollment
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is triggered when a user registers for the ThanksMatters card.
Cardholder Verification
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is triggered if the system is requesting further user information during cardholder enrollment.
Cash Giving Grant
Frequency: Monthly | Sends on Time Zone Preference (Set by your Company admin)
Sent when your balance is refreshed monthly or about to expire. You only have a month to use it or lose it!
Charity Order
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is triggered when a user donates through the 'Store' tab.
Comments
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is triggered when somebody comments on your/user's post.
Comment Replies
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is triggered when a user replies to a comment you made.
What's New
Frequency: Can be set to 'Daily', 'Weekly' or 'Never' within your Motivosity profile preferences.
Keep up to date on recent hires, appreciations and highlights tailored specifically for your team.
External Giving Email
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user.
This email is sent to an external user when they receive an appreciation through a campaign.
External Giving Reminder
Frequency: Weekly
This email is sent if a user who receives an external giving has not redeemed their reward.
Password Reset
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the user, admin or Motivosity Support.
Password Reset by Admin
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the admin to set a password for a user.
This email sent to inform the user an admin has set a password for them.
Peer Feedback Request
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is performed by the admin to request feedback.
This email is sent when a manager requests feedback from you about a team member
Share a Highlight
Frequency: Every 45 days at 9am UTC
This email is sent if you haven't shared a highlight in 45 days.
Spot Bonus
Frequency: This email only sends when a manager gives a Spot Bonus.
This email sent to inform the user they received
Survey
Frequency: This email only sends when a an admin or manager sends out a new survey.
This email is sent when there is a survey you are asked to take.
Survey Reminder
Frequency: Daily at 4am UTC.
This email is sent if you have an overdue survey to take.
Tango Order Confirmation
Frequency: This email only sends when a user purchases an E-Gift card in the 'Store' tab.
This email will show your redemption instructions for the E-Gift card.
ThanksMatters Card Declination (Account Disabled)
Frequency: This email only sends when a user attempts a transaction on their ThanksMatters card.
This email means the verification process for the ThanksMatters card enrollment has not been completed or the discontinuation of the ThanksMatters card program.
ThanksMattersCard Declined Inactive
Frequency: This email only sends when a user tries a ThanksMatters card transaction but is declined.
This email is sent when a user's ThanksMatters card declines due to the card being inactive.
Upcoming Events
Frequency: Weekly on Wednesday at 6am UTC (Option to turn off or on)

User Objective
Frequency: This email only sends when a manager requests their direct report to add an objective.
Cash Giving Expiration Warning
Frequency: Monthly | This email is sent on the 24th at 6am UTC.
This email is just a reminder that your Motivosity bucks (To Give balance) are about to expire.
Welcome Invitation
Frequency: This email only sends when an action is made by an admin to go live/new users.
This email is sent to welcome any new user(s) to the Motivosity platform.
Email Change
Frequency: This email only sends when an email change is made to a user's account.
Manager
Coaching from Manager
Frequency: This email only sends when a user requested peer feedback.
Journal Added by Non-Manager
Frequency: This email only sends when a note is made from a non-manager.
Meeting Request
Frequency: This email only sends when a direct report is requesting a 1 on 1/Meeting.
Spot Bonus Allocation
Frequency: This email only sends when a manager receives further allocation for their Spot Bonus budget.
Spot Bonus Allocation Request
Frequency: This email only sends when a manager requests further allocation of Spot Bonus budget.
Spot Bonus Allocation Request Approved
Frequency: This email only sends when a Spot Bonus balance is approved.
Spot Bonus Allocation Request Denied
Frequency: This email only sends when a Spot Bonus balance is declined.
Giving a Spot Bonus Approved by Manager
Frequency: This email only sends when a Spot Bonus approval is needed and approved by the 'Approver'.
Spot Bonus Expiration
Frequency: Yearly on Dec. 1st.
This email is sent as a reminder that their Spot Bonus budget will expire on Dec. 31.
Spot Bonus Refund
Frequency: This email only sends when a Spot Bonus was not approved in the allotted time.
New Spot Bonus Funds
Frequency: This email only sends when an admin give further allocation for a manager's Spot Bonus budget.
Leader
Appreciation Chart
Frequency: Monthly on the 2nd of the month at 1pm UTC.
This email is only sent to Leaders who have direct reports that are in the top two levels of the org chart (Admins are not included unless they are a manager and in the top two levels of the org chart).
Month in Review
Frequency: Monthly on the 3rd of the month at 3pm UTC.
As a leader it is important to us that you are able to get a monthly pulse of company activity and overall health.
Admin
Bounced Email
Frequency: Weekly on Monday at 6am UTC.
This email is sent if there were bounced emails the previous week.
Bulk Appreciation Error
Frequency: This email only sends if the Bulk Appreciation import encountered an error.
Bulk Appreciation Success
Frequency: This email only sends when the Bulk Appreciation import was successful.
Bulk Awards Results Success
Frequency: This email only sends when a Bulk Award upload was successful.
Bulk Adjustment (Spending or Giving) Result
Frequency: This email only sends when a Spending or Giving bulk adjustment was successful.
Cash Override Import Error
Frequency: This email only sends when there's an issue with the Cash Override import.
Cash Overrides Import Success
Frequency: This email only sends when the Cash Override import is successful.
Going Live
Frequency: This email only sends when you click from 'Paused' to 'Running'/Go Live button.
Pre-Fund Account Balance Low
Frequency: This email only sends when you've reached your 'Balance Warning' limit.
Spot Bonus Approval
Frequency: This email only sends to the Admin/Award Approver assigned.
Funding Failed (Pre-Fund Account Balance)
Frequency: This email only sends if there's an issue with your funding payment in Setup > Funding.
Organization Import Result
Frequency: This email only sends when an admin uploads an Org Chart file upload.
ThanksMatters Card Verification
Frequency: No schedule, this is sent through Setup > ThanksMatters card to a user with significant control and management of the organization.
Account Owner
Gift Approval
Frequency: This email only sends when a 'Gift Approval' is needed.
Gift Approval
Frequency: This email only sends when the owner approves the gift.
Gift Rejection
Frequency: This email only sends when a gift request is denied.
Pre-Fund Account Balance Top-Up
Frequency: This email only sends when you've submitted a deposit for the Pre-Fund account balance.
Notify Award Owner to give Award
Frequency: Weekly on Monday at 3am UTC.
This email will send if an award is ready to give during a specific time frame.
Notify Inventory Manager
Frequency: Weekly on Monday at 3am UTC.
This email only sends when new orders come in.
Order Email
Frequency: This email only sends when an item that you manage is purchased.
Pre-Fund Account Balance Problem
Frequency: This email only sends to the Funding Source owner if the transaction failed.
Upcoming Inventory Reminder
Frequency: Monthly on the 1st of the month at 7am UTC.
This email sends as a reminder that a few of the gifts you will be giving out will need to be ordered soon (Milestones).
Pre-Fund Account Balance Top Up
Frequency: This email only sends as a confirmation that the deposit of funds was successful.
