How to reset a user's password as an admin

Before you get started, if an employee needs to reset a password, you can always refer them to reset their own password using the following link: Reset Password.

If the employee is still having trouble logging in, then you as the admin you have the ability to change their password directly in Motivosity.

To reset a user's password as an admin, you'll do the following:

First, select your profile picture in the upper right corner of your screen, then select 'Admin Tools' from the dropdown.

You'll then see an option to reset their password in the 'Reset Password' option on the left hand side under the Accounts section.

Once you select this option, you can then type in the email address of any user and manually change their password.

Once the user logs in with the new password, they will be able to change their password by selecting the β€œChange Password” option by selecting their profile picture in the upper right corner.
