Sometimes appreciations aren’t something that you want to share with the world! This could be because it’s a little personal, or secretive because you want only them to know they helped you with that project that was due soon! Whatever it may be you still want to give them a shoutout and some money for their service!

Select "Appreciate Someone" on the home page.

Enter the name(s) of people you'd like to appreciate. (Note: you can recognize multiple people at the same time)

Enter your notes

You'll see a button in the lower left that says "Public". When this is shown this is how the appreciation will post in the feed. By clicking the "Public" button it will switch to "Private". When Private is shown, this is how the appreciation will post in the feed.
