My Team - Overview

Learn how My Team helps managers stay in the loop and helps employees build stronger connections through recognition.

My Team brings the people, moments, and signals that shape team connection into one place. It helps managers stay in the loop on recognition and engagement across their teams, while giving every employee a simple way to keep up with their manager and peers.

To get started, select My team from the navigation menu. What you see depends on whether you manage other employees.

For managers: stay connected to your direct reports

Managers can use the Direct reports tab as a practical team dashboard. It brings together the information and next steps that help you recognize people consistently and notice when someone may need attention.

  • Upcoming birthdays and anniversaries: See milestones coming up in the next 90 days, along with status indicators that make it easier to follow up.

  • Needs attention: Get recommended actions for timely moments, such as recognizing a birthday, and jump to approvals or nominations that need review.

  • Employee satisfaction: Review your team’s eNPS score, trend, participation, and top themes. Highlights call out what is going well and where the team may need more support, with a link to the full dashboard when you want to dig deeper.

  • 90-day appreciation coverage: See how consistently you have recognized your direct reports, including how many appreciations each person has received from you and how recently you thanked them.

  • Team activity: Keep up with recent recognition, Spot Bonuses, nominations, and other moments happening across the team.

Together, these signals help managers turn awareness into action—celebrating important moments, closing recognition gaps, and responding to team needs before they are easy to miss.

For employees: strengthen connections with managers and peers

The Manager & peers tab gives employees a shared view of the people they work with most closely. Managers can also switch to this tab to stay connected with their own manager and peers.

  • Shared milestones: See upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries for your manager and peers so you can celebrate at the right time.

  • Team activity: Follow recent appreciation, Spot Bonuses, and nominations to stay connected to the good work happening around you.

  • Action items: Complete personal next steps, such as responding to an employee survey, without losing sight of what needs your attention.

  • 90-day appreciation coverage: See who you have recognized, how often, and how recently—an easy prompt to reconnect with someone you may not have thanked in a while.
