Accessing Your ThanksMatters Card
To access your ThanksMatters card, you'll want to do the following:
- Open Motivosity
- Click Show Details on the left-hand side on the ThanksMatters Card preview
The next steps will depend on what country you are located in:
US/Canada
If you are located in the United States or Canada, once you select the "Show Details" button you'll see the following screen:
This screen will show you your virtual ThanksMatters Card with your 16-digit card number, CVV, and expiration date. You'll also have the ability to update your Billing Address and see when your physical card was delivered if you requested one.
Outside the US/Canada
If you are located outside the United States or Canada, once you select the "Show ThanksMatters Card" button you'll see the following screen:
This screen will show you your virtual ThanksMatters Card with your 16-digit card number, CVV, and expiration date. You'll also see your company's billing address for your card as well.
Tips and Tricks: If you ever have any issue with your card, you can select the "Report a Problem" button.
Turning Your ThanksMatters Card On/Off
If you would like to turn your ThanksMatters Card on/off, you can go ahead and do the following:
- Open Motivosity
- From the Home Page, select Show Details on the ThanksMatters card
From here, you should see a toggle switch on your card to allow you to switch your card on or off.
Please Note: Turning your ThanksMatters Card off will make the card unusable until it is switched back on.
