Achievement Awards are awards that you can 'Complete' once you have done a certain action. To see which awards are available to claim, click on Awards at the top of the page:

Some of these awards will be tracked automatically by someone in the company. However, if there is one for you to complete you will see it listed here.

For this example, we'll complete the Donate Blood Achievement Award by selecting the award tile to complete.

Once you've selected your award, a window will pop up with instructions about how to claim that award. Sometimes you'll need to type something, other times you'll need to upload an image, etc. Make sure you read those instructions carefully then click 'Complete'
