To find the Performance Overview, go to Insights > Manager > Reports > Performance Overview
This report shows the most recent scores and ratings provided by managers in the following categories:
Job Results - This is one of the Coaching Categories. If Coaching Ratings are enabled, shows the Job Results score for recent Coaching on a 3 or 5 point scale.
Values Fit - This is one of the Coaching Categories. If Coaching Ratings are enabled, shows the Values Fit score for recent Coaching on a 3 or 5 point scale.
Succession - If Succession Planning is enabled, shows the current succession plan status.
Key Player - If Key Player Ratings are enabled, shows the most recent Key Player Evaluation.
Infl - Shows the current Influence Score for that user.
You can also download the full set of results in XLS format by clicking the "Download" button at the bottom of the page. If you are not a data administrator, you will only see results for yourself and team members who are downstream from you in your organization, such as direct reports and skip-level reports.
