How to Add and Change Your Responsibilities

This will walk you through how to add or change responsibilities you've entered on your profile.

Our responsibilities change regularly in our fast-paced world. We just hope it was tied to a promotion! When your role or responsibilities change, you can easily update Motivosity.


Adding and Updating your Responsibilities

To update or add responsibilities to your profile, you can start by doing the following:

Select your profile picture in the top right.

Select, "Edit Profile" from your profile page.

A new modal will appear with profile information you can edit at any time. Go ahead and scroll down to 'My Responsibilities'.

From here, you can start to add any responsibilities you have in the company with your role. When you're ready to add a responsibility, you can select the "ADD" button.

If you'd like to remove any responsibilities, simply select the 'X' icon over any added responsibility.

Please Note: Responsibilities are searchable in the entire database. This is a great way to help with on-boarding new employees and knowing who to reach out to if you have questions in a specific area.
