How can I edit my post after sending it out?
Isn’t it cute when little kids try to find the right words but come up short? It doesn’t feel as cute when you are an adult, but it still happens to the best of us. We once gave an appreciation that said, “Thank you for being a football star and making us butter!” 10 minutes later it dawned on the appreciator, “...superstar and making us better!” For those who have been in our shoes.
There are two ways to edit an Appreciation Post
First, through the Home Page:
After making your post, go and find it on the home page and when you hover your mouse over the appreciation a pencil icon will appear. Click on the pencil icon to the right of your post to begin editing.
When you click on the pencil you will be allowed to edit the text of your post and click 'Save' when you are done.
Next, through the Appreciations Tab:
On your profile page under the "Appreciations" tab, click on "Appreciations Given" and find the appreciation you are looking to edit. Hover over that appreciation and click the pencil icon. Once clicked you can edit the text. Don't forget to hit 'Save'.
