Motivosity lets you add images in many places, from your profile picture to login backgrounds and ThanksCard designs. Each spot shows the image at a different shape and size, so an image that looks great in one place can look stretched, cropped or blurry in another. This guide lists every place you can upload an image, where to find it, and the shape and size that will look best there.
Before you upload
PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 25 MB. Use a transparent PNG for logos and icons.
Most uploads open a crop tool. Where the shape is fixed, the crop is locked to that shape and you just choose what stays in frame.
Larger is fine. Images are scaled down for you, never scaled up, so start from the recommended size or bigger.
Company logos must be between 1:4 and 10:1. Anything outside that range is rejected with a message.
Save in sRGB. Printer color spaces like CMYK can upload with wrong colors.
