Suggest Agenda
Not sure where to start with a 1 on 1 meeting? Coach Carl has the ability to suggest Agenda Items!
Suggesting agenda items helps us stay focused on what's important. We can identify the key topics or goals we want to discuss during our 1 on 1's. By having a clear agenda, we can make the most of our time together and ensure that nothing important gets missed. If you know exactly what you want to do, but need suggestions go ahead and type what you want to talk about in the search field and click 'Agenda'. Coach Carl will then assist populating the 'Agenda Items' and 'Notes' section with helpful suggestions!

Only want one suggestion and not a ton? Click the Coach Carl Icon in the Agenda Items section: 'Add agenda item'!
Suggested Topic
Suggesting topic for 1 on 1s ensures that we engage in meaningful discussions. It helps us explore relevant subjects that are important to both of us. By having suggested topics, we can delve into areas that align with our goals, interests, and challenges, leading to more productive and fulfilling conversations. When you click the 'Agenda' button, it will populate suggested agenda items and suggested topics within the 'Notes' tab.
