Do you have a manager and don't see the option to prepare for the 1 on 1 on your home page? There could be a couple of reasons for this.
1. Your manager has not yet scheduled a 1 on 1 with you. A meeting might not be scheduled yet, so reach out to your manager and have them schedule some time with you soon!
2. You do not have access to use this product. If you feel you should have access to this capability, we suggest reaching out to your internal Motivosity admin and discuss with them about this!
If you have a 1 on 1 scheduled with your manager you will see the 1 on 1 button in one of two locations:
Or in the 'More Actions' menu.
If you do not see it in one of these two locations you should check with your manager to have them schedule your 1 on 1.
