Feedback participation shows what percentage of direct reports each manager has given feedback to within the time period specified by the company (usually quarterly). The score is the average of the monthly snapshots for the period of time specified. 


If the chart is Red - The manager has given to 0-20% of their direct reports. 

If the chart is Purple - The manager has given to 20-40% of their direct reports. 

If the chart is Yellow - The manager has given to 40-60% of their direct reports. 

If the chart is Green - The manager has given to 60-80% of their direct reports. 

If the chart is Blue - The manager has given to 80-100% of their direct reports. 


Depending on you access you can 'expand one level' and see different views of managers in the company.
