Team Members and 1 on 1's
When a team member wants to add items to their upcoming 1 on 1, they will have an additional button on the home page they can click any time. If you cannot see this option, here is an article that will help.
There will be an action item and email notifying of an upcoming 1 on 1. The email notifications will go out 3 full days before the 1 on 1.
Clicking on the 'Prepare a 1 on 1' opens the prepare window for the 1 on 1 between direct report and manager. Any agenda items will show up in blue for the direct report and purple for the manager. Notes can be shared with the manager or not shared.
