Millennials love feedback!
In the Feedback page of Setup you can adjust the frequency you expect managers to provide feedback to their direct reports. Your options for frequencies are monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. You also have the option to give managers a sweetener bonus when they provide feedback to one of their direct reports. We strongly suggest providing a $1 or $2 Sweetener as providing feedback can be hard and this will incentivize managers to give more consistent feedback.
