This can make for an uphill battle to find the right person to help with a project, it’s almost like trying to find Waldo inside a candy cane factory! Motivosity is a searchable database that helps make it easy to find people and build an understanding of who they are and how they think before you approach them.
You can search Motivosity for names, titles, or responsibilities in the top bar. Clicking the search icon will open up a search box. Here is an example of somebody in charge of training.
That will then show you everyone who has a name, title, or responsibility matching your search.
