Survey Setup

To get to Survey Setup you need to click 'Setup' at the top of the home page. Then on the left side there will be a list of numbers. Click on number 8 'Surveys'.

The anonymous survey will appear for each employee approximately once every three months. Surveys are anonymous, but are linked to supervisors and departments. When the surveys are active, you will be giving insights into:

  1.  Employee satisfaction trends by questions
  2.  Employee satisfaction trends by department
  3.  Employee satisfaction trends by manager
  4.  Comparative benchmarking data (you vs the world) If you would like to cancel The Ongoing Surveys just click 'Surveys are currently Active.' Underneath 'Survey Activation. After clicking this a pop up will come up that will ask you if you are sure. If you do decide to continue and disable surveys. You will lose All past surveys data as well as Benchmarking service and the Employee Satisfaction dashboard.

If you would like to make your own survey click "Use Custom Questions." Here you can type in any questions you would like your employees to answer.

Next to the questions you will see three grey lines. There you can drag the questions into the order you would like them to be in. If you scroll down further on the page you will see a preview of what the survey will end up looking like.

If you go into insight and click on 'employee satisfaction.' You will see that there is a graph of employee satisfaction based off of your new (or old survey). If you hover over Q1 on the right side it will show you which question is that color on the graph. However this will not update until your employee's take the quiz.

At the bottom of the page after the survey preview there is a survey bounty option. Here you can choose the option of rewarding your users for taking the survey. However, you do not have to.
